Aquarium and Butterfly House

Saturday, before leaving Topsail Island, we stopped at the Fort Fisher Aquarium and Butterfly House. The kids had a ton of fun looking at the fish and getting to touch stingrays, horseshoe crabs, and sharks (the sharks were very small). The highlight for them was getting to high five a diver (there's a pic of Evelyn doing that). Then everyone but me drove home and I went to Grammys house for a few days. :-D

Topsail Island, Day 2

Here's some photos to recap our first day on Topsail Island. I'm having fun using a new camera so bare with me as some photos aren't the best just yet. :-D

last week, I took Nathan to Patrick Henry College for a national championship he was part of. We got to hear Mike Farris, the head of HSLDA (Homeschool Legal Defense Association).
